Roasted Cauliflower with Rosemary

An easy and fragrant vegetable dish.


  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 450oF
2. Cut flowerets from cauliflower head and break or cut into bite size pieces
3. In a large bowl toss cauliflower with remaining ingredients
4. Spread seasoned cauliflower on an ungreased baking sheet
5. Roast for 15 minutes; remove from oven and stir
6. Continue cooking 10 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender and lightly browned
