Fresh Berry Fruit Salad with Yogurt Cream

Here’s a great dessert that uses fresh local berries. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Berry Salad:
250 ml
(1 cup) red cherries, pitted and halved
250 ml
(1 cup) blackberries
250 ml
(1 cup) raspberries
250 ml
(1 cup) blueberries
30 ml
(2 tbsp) honey
Yogurt Cream:
500 ml
(2 cups) Greek yogurt
60 ml
(¼ cup) honey
15 ml
(1 tbsp) lemon juice

Directions

In a bowl, combine the berries with the honey.

In a Separate bowl, mix the yogurt cream ingredients together.

Spread yogurt cream in the centre of each plate and garnish with the berry fruit salad.
