Crunchy Asian Coleslaw

Crunchy Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients

1
clove fresh garlic, minced
1
green onions , finely chopped
1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp
rice vinegar
1 tsp
fresh ginger grated
2 cups
cabbage (shredded)
2 tbsp
fresh Lemon juice
¼
fresh green chilis, finely chopped

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, toss together all ingredients and put in the fridge to cool until ready to eat. (good for 3-4 days refrigerated)
