Herbed Cream Cheese Toasts

Tasty treats to serve at a party.


20 Melba toast rounds, plain
1 clove garlic, sliced in half

1 cup soft cream cheese
¼ cup chopped mixed herbs such as chives, dill, parsley, tarragon and thyme
2 Tbsp minced shallot or onion
½ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp water


1. In a medium bowl, use a handheld mixer to mix together cream cheese, herbs, shallot, pepper and water.

2. Take the cut edge of a piece of garlic and rub on the toast.

3. Serve cream cheese with toasts.
