Blueberry Smoothie

Do you want a good source of protein but don’t feel like eating meat? Here is a recipe for a quick and delicious smoothie that is light and refreshing.

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup
pineapple juice
2 cups
frozen blueberries (slightly thawed)
3/4 cup
pasteurized egg whites
2 tsp
sugar or Splenda
1/2 cup
water (can use more or less as desired depending on how thick you like your smoothie)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree. Enjoy!
