Strawberry Overnight Oats

Strawberry Overnight Oats

A creamy strawberry maple oat delight to kick-start your day.

Ingredients

2 cups
Sliced strawberries
1.5 tbsp
Maple syrup
1 cup
Large flake oats
3 tbsp
Smooth ricotta

Strawberries – sliced in Half

Directions

Food Safety Tips:

  • Wash hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.   
  • Clean all countertops and equipment used for food preparation.   
  • Gently rinse all produce under cool running water. 

Preparation:

  • In a blender, add the strawberries and maple syrup and purée until smooth. 
  • In a bowl, add the strawberry mixture, oats, and ricotta. Mix until well blended, then cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  • For one serving, place ½ cup of overnight oats in a container and garnish with fresh strawberry halves.
