Salmon Stuffed Pepper

Salmon Stuffed Pepper 

Whip up this nutritious recipe in just 10 minutes. No cooking needed!

Ingredients

1 cup
sockeye salmon wild unsalted
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp
olive oil
¼
onion, finely diced
¼ cup
chopped parsley
1
bell pepper

Directions

Food Safety Tips: 

  • Wash hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds. Clean all countertops and equipment used for food preparation. 
  • Gently rinse all produce under cool running water. Use a clean vegetable brush to scrub firm produce. 
  • Use separate equipment for handling raw food and cooked food. 
  • Put leftovers away within 2 hours or sooner if they are in a warm location.

Preparation:

  • Combine the first five ingredients and mix well. 
  • Wash and cut the pepper in half. Remove seeds. 
  • Scoop half of the salmon mixture and stuff into each half pepper and enjoy!
