Berry Popsicles

This refreshing and healthy treat is perfect to enjoy on these hot summer days.

Ingredients

1 /2 cup
fresh or frozen blueberries
1 /2 cup
thinly sliced strawberries
1 cup
plain, regular non-fat yogurt
2 tbsp
honey (optional, adjust to taste)
½ tsp
vanilla extract
2 tbsp
2% milk

Directions

Homemade yogurt berry popsicles can be a refreshing and kidney-friendly treat, especially when tailored to manage potassium, phosphorus, sodium, and protein intake. So, impress your guests with this delicious dessert at summer gatherings or have on hand fora midweek treat on those warm long days.

Food Safety Tips:

  • Wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.   
  • Clean all countertops and equipment used for food preparation.   
  • Gently rinse all produce under cool running water. 

Preparation:

  • Blend yogurt, honey, vanilla, and milk together until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Gently fold in berries.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  • Remove from molds and enjoy!
