Preparation:
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sweetener, water, rosemary, the juice and zest of an orange and cinnamon stick if desired.
- Set the saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and break down into a sauce. This will take about 10 minutes. The sauce is ready when it easily drips off a spoon.
