Cranberry Raspberry Angel Food Cake Fluff

Cranberry Raspberry Angel Food Cake Fluff

This light and fluffy recipe is perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

2 cups
prepared angel food cake
85 g
raspberry Jello
1 cup
frozen raspberries
3/4 cup
cranberry sauce
1 cup
water
1 tbsp
lemon juice
1 cup
Whipping cream

Directions

Food safety tips:

  • Wash hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.   
  • Clean all countertops and equipment used for food preparation.   

Preparation: 

  1. Dice prepared angel food cake into 1” pieces. Set aside. 
  2. In a pot, add Jello, frozen raspberries, cranberry sauce, water and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and chill until the mixture begins to thicken. 
  3. Fold Cool Whip and diced angel food cake into the Jello mixture. 
  4. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. 

You can also add some raspberries on top as decoration.
