Directions
Food safety tips:
- Wash hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Clean all countertops and equipment used for food preparation.
Preparation:
- Dice prepared angel food cake into 1” pieces. Set aside.
- In a pot, add Jello, frozen raspberries, cranberry sauce, water and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and chill until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Fold Cool Whip and diced angel food cake into the Jello mixture.
- Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
You can also add some raspberries on top as decoration.
