Cheese and Fine Herbs Dip

A quick and easy dip to put together for a party. Play around with different fresh herbs to maximize the flavour potential.


  • 250 g low fat cream cheese
  • 250 g cottage cheese 2% M.F.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onions
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder


Mix all ingredients in a food processor and refrigerate.
Serve with vegetables, as a spread in a sandwich or with grilled tortillas.
