Food Safety Tips:

- Clean all countertops and equipment used for food preparation.
- Gently rinse all produce under cool running water.
- Use separate equipment for handling raw food and cooked food.
Preparation:
- Pre-heat: Standard Oven to {350°F/180°C} or Convection Oven to {300°F/150°C}.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until well blended.
- Remove batter from food processor and fold in chocolate chips.
- Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick spray. Portion batter into 12 compartments.
- Bake: 15-20 minutes
- Cool and place in serving container.
