Fajita Marinade

This marinate works great with beef or chicken.

Ingredients

¼ cup
lime juice
2 tsp
cumin
2 tsp
chili powder
2
cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients and marinate either ½lb steak or two chicken breasts. If using steak, marinate overnight in the fridge; for the chicken, marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Grill, slice thinly, and serve on warmed pitas or tortillas with slices of pepper and onion.
