Pourtant, les collations peuvent contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notre \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9tat nutritionnel&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer nos taux de sucre sanguins et \u00e0 nous permettre de mieux contr\u00f4ler les portions de nos repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment \u00e9laborer une collation avec une simple addition?
