Ajouter le boeuf et bien l&rsquo;enrober; laisser reposer 10 minutes. Jeter la marinade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pendant ce temps,<\/strong>&nbsp;faire chauffer 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) d&rsquo;huile de canola dans un grand po\u00ealon ou un wok \u00e0 feu moyen fort. Faire sauter les tomates, le concombre, le poivron et l&rsquo;oignon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tomb\u00e9s; les placer dans un bol. Faire chauffer le reste de l&rsquo;huile et faire sauter le boeuf jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit bruni et cuit. Ajouter aux l\u00e9gumes et m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fouetter<\/strong>&nbsp;tous les ingr\u00e9dients vinaigrette au chili et \u00e0 la lime&nbsp;ensemble.&nbsp;Donne 1\/2 tasse (125 ml).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajouter <\/strong>&nbsp;la vinaigrette au po\u00ealon. Laisser cuire en brassant \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit chaude et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9piassie tout en d\u00e9gla\u00e7ant.
