Pr\u00e9parer la marinade en m\u00e9langeant les cinq premiers ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p>2. R\u00e9server 2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30mL) de marinade pour badigeonner.<\/p>\n<p>3. Couper la poitrine en deux tranches sur l\u2019\u00e9paisseur pour en faire des escalopes.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ajouter les escalopes \u00e0 la marinade. Couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer 1 \u2013 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pr\u00e9chauffer le gril du four \u00e0 puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e (500\u00b0F) ou pr\u00e9chauffer le barbecue.<\/p>\n<p>6. Retirer la poitrine de la marinade.<\/p>\n<p>7. Dans le four ou sur le barbecue, griller les escalopes pendant&nbsp; 4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient bien cuites.<\/p>\n<p>8. Utiliser la marinade r\u00e9serv\u00e9e pour badigeonner les escalopes pendant la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>9.
