Ajouter les carottes, les poivrons et le gingembre et cuire en remuant constamment pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter le tofu et les germes de haricot. Cuire en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres pendant 3 ou 4 minutes. &nbsp;Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, il est tr\u00e8s important que les germes soient compl\u00e8tement cuits.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la sauce hoisin au citron, m\u00e9langer et servir sur du riz.<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrer de ciboule, d&rsquo;arachides et de coriandre selon le go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter que le potassium est souvent utilis\u00e9 comme agent de conservation dans la sauce Hosin.
