Couper les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la t\u00eate d&rsquo;ail enti\u00e8re et assaisonner d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Envelopper l&rsquo;ail dans de l&rsquo;aluminium et mettre au four pendant 30 minutes. Pendant que l&rsquo;ail cuit, placer les tranches de baguettes sur une plaque \u00e0 biscuits.&nbsp; Faire griller au four pendant environ 10 minutes. Laisser ti\u00e9dir l&rsquo;ail une fois cuit.
