Ajouter la farine en brassant continuellement. Ajouter imm\u00e9diatement une premi\u00e8re quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau chaude, puis le reste de l\u2019eau chaude petit \u00e0 petit, \u00e0 mesure le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paissit. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me sure et bien incorporer. Ajouter le jus de citron, les flocons de piment de Cayenne, Mrs. Dash et la poudre d\u2019ail en brassant sans arr\u00eat pendant 1 \u00e0 3 minutes. Retirer du feu et continuer \u00e0 remuer pendant que la sauce ti\u00e9dit (2 minutes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Pr\u00e9paration des p\u00e2tes :<\/em>\u00a0Faire bouillir l\u2019eau sans sel, puis ajouter les boucles et les faire cuire selon les directives sur l\u2019emballage. Cuire \u00e0 fond la dinde hach\u00e9e dans un po\u00ealon (temp\u00e9rature interne de 74 C).<br \/>\nDans un grand po\u00ealon, faire sauter les zucchinis et les champignons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres. Ajouter les tranches de poivron de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 les r\u00e9chauffer sans les faire ramollir. Ajouter la sauce, la dinde hach\u00e9e et les p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes et bien m\u00e9langer.
