En utilisant les doigts (ou au besoin un petit couteau de cuisine) s\u00e9parer doucement la peau de la poitrine.<br \/>\n4) Mettre la dinde dans une r\u00f4tissoire.<br \/>\n5) Verser environ 2 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile aromatis\u00e9e sous la peau et \u00e9tendez la peau sur la poitrine en la fixant au besoin avec des cure-dents.<br \/>\n6) Verser le reste de l&rsquo;huile sur toute la poitrine. Couvrir et r\u00f4tir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les jus coulent clairs, soit entre 1 heure et 1 heure et demie (180F &#8211; 80C au thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande). Laisser la dinde reposer pendant au moins 15 minutes puis enlever la peau et la jeter.
