Rincer le riz \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une eau claire. R\u00e9server.<br \/>\n2. Faire fondre la margarine dans une grande casserole \u00e0 feu moyen et y faire rissoler les oignons environ 5 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils deviennent translucides.<br \/>\n3. Ajoutez le riz, 2 \u00bd tasses de bouillon de poulet ou d&rsquo;eau et amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br \/>\n4. Couvrir et cuire \u00e0 feu \u00e0 doux environ 15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz soit tendre. Retirer du feu et laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 minutes.<br \/>\n5.
