Ajoutez l\u2019oignon, les \u00e9chalotes et l\u2019ail. Bien m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettez les bouts de c\u00f4te dans un sac de plastique refermable et ajoutez la marinade de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 bien les enrober. Enlevez le plus d\u2019air possible pour que le sac soit bien herm\u00e9tique. Marinez pendant au moins 12&nbsp;heures (id\u00e9alement pendant 24 heures).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapissez une grande t\u00f4le avec du papier d\u2019aluminium. Retirez les c\u00f4tes de la marinade et enlevez les morceaux d\u2019oignon et d\u2019ail qui y sont coll\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enveloppez les bouts de c\u00f4te dans du papier d\u2019aluminium et faites-les cuire au four \u00e0 250\u00b0F pendant 3&nbsp;heures.
