Disposez les cuisses de poulet, l\u2019oignon, les moiti\u00e9s d&rsquo;ail et les quartiers de citron dans une r\u00f4tissoire ou un plat allant au four.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez l&rsquo;huile et enduisez tous les ingr\u00e9dients, assaisonnez de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites r\u00f4tir environ 50 minutes.
