Faites cuire pendant 2 heures.<\/li><li>Laissez le charqui ti\u00e9dir compl\u00e8tement au four.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;orignal est une prot\u00e9ine maigre riche en fer. Le fer est un min\u00e9ral qui transporte l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne vers toutes les parties du corps.
