Garlic Green Beans Salad

Garlic Green Beans Salad

This garlicky side dish is great served with meats or poultry, or serve it with grains for a vegetarian option.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

Clean the beans and cook in boiling water until tender.
Drain and cool under cold water.
Toss the beans with the garlic, vinegar and oil.

  1. I like this salad for lunch or dinner. I had yellow and green beans, so I cooked them together. Dressed it with the balsamic , 3 large cloves of garlic and a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash herbs with the sesame oil. Very good and ready in the fridge.
