Renal and Diabetic Exchanges


2 large lemons
8 cups of water


Squeeze 2 large lemons (1/2 cup lemon juice), into 8 cups of water. You can use a regular hand twist juicer or buy already squeezed lemon juice. Serve with ice cubes and a hint of mint for flavor.
