Spicy Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple, canned or fresh
  • 1 cup (8 oz) tofu, firm
  • ½ cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Stevia or other sweetener
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions

Puree all the ingredients in a blender.
