Fresh Berry Fruit Salad with Yogurt Cream

Here’s a great dessert that uses fresh local berries. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Berry Salad:

  • 250 ml (1 cup) red cherries, pitted and halved
  • 250 ml (1 cup) blackberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) raspberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) blueberries
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey

Yogurt Cream:

  • 500 ml (2 cups) Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice

Directions

In a bowl, combine the berries with the honey.

In a Separate bowl, mix the yogurt cream ingredients together.

Spread yogurt cream in the centre of each plate and garnish with the berry fruit salad.
